Many years ago I met a man who's job was to look for and identify counterfeit money in the hopes of getting it out of general circulation.
Every week the Lord blesses me with the opportunity to sit and study scripture with a hand full of young men. Over the years I have noticed a number of young men who have a burning desire to know the Word of God, yet don't know where to start or how to keep what they read.
I have been trying to wrap my brain around the sad fact that men and women in todays American church (at times including myself) simply care more about comfort than discipleship.
I don't know if it is just me, but more and more I'm noticing that Christians are celebrating sin and not mourning it.
